I love steamed vegetables especially with a little flavor or spice added to them. Cheese Pleeza gives an upgrade to broccoli or squash so that even the picky eaters like it. Additionally, this is a great way to have a low-carb, low calorie meal. It gives flavor without all the calories.

  1. Take fresh cooked vegetable and drain the water and moisture.
  2. Put 1 teaspoon of Cheese Pleeza per cooked cup of vegetables and let the heat melt the cheese.
  3. If serving a large bowl (like spinach) then stir the cheese into the hot cooked vegetables to evenly distribute the cheese and spices.
  4. If there is extra it works for a side dish the next day or a quick addition to make an omelet or quiche.
